The SCP Standards provide a suite of stringent guidelines for service and support operations, presenting a framework for measuring performance and implementing best practices. Wind River continues to be the only embedded Linux vendor to earn this highly regarded certification.

To achieve SCP certification, companies are measured on 125 different criteria across 12 categories including customer feedback, services delivery and performance metrics. The requirements become more stringent each year, requiring organizations to pass annual reviews to retain their certification status.
