VXWORKS KNOWLEDGE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Overview: The Wind River® Knowledge Certification program is designed to allow candidates to
demonstrate their knowledge and skills with Wind River products and to provide confidence to
Wind River customers and partners that their employees have been independently verified as
experts, with a goal of improved productivity and reduced costs.
Audience: The VxWorks® Embedded Application Developer responsible for the design and
development of software programs and applications on the VxWorks operating system works
with cross-functional teams to define requirements, write code, conduct testing, and troubleshoot
embedded systems applications running VxWorks. The job requires skills in C programming and
understanding of the relevant operating systems and debugging techniques.
