Wind River Earns 2018 'Best Places to Work' Recognition

Wind River was once again named one of the Bay Area’s ‘Best Places to Work’ by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal based on the company’s corporate philosophy, work culture, management practices and overall benefits. Rankings were unveiled at a San Francisco gala earlier this week, where Wind River received the workplace award in the large company category and was also ranked #1 for Wellness.

The annual Best Places to Work awards lists the top employers in the Greater Bay Area, and winners are known for recruiting and retaining the best talent. The rankings were determined by a voluntary employee survey, which assessed values such as trust in leadership, collaborative culture, personal engagement and satisfaction of individual needs through great benefits and perks. Results were tabulated by research firm Quantum Workplace.
